What Do I Need To Know Before Scheduling An Appointment With Glynis?

- My Video Counseling and Coaching Services are based out of Halifax Canada – Atlantic Time Zone. (Click here for a Time Zone Converter). My appointment hours are 11 to 6:30 pm, Tuesday through Thursday.
- Online Video Counseling is available in Canada only, and Therapeutic Coaching is available worldwide.
- I will phone you to help you get set up for your first session and get your payment info.
- The base fee for a 60 minute counseling or coaching session is $160 + Tax for Canadian residents; $175 for International clients. Fees are in Canadian Dollars. A Visa or MasterCard number is required to reserve your first session. (Click here for a Currency Converter to find your exchange rate)
- I meet with new clients for an initial appointment to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. If we agree to continue, then we’ll meet weekly for a minimum of 2 months.
